I am an Emmy Award-winning Journalist with a career that spans diverse roles, locations, and experiences—each one shaping my passion for storytelling.

After serving nine years in the United States Air Force, where I gained invaluable experience in both law enforcement and broadcast journalism, I transitioned to the civilian sector with a commitment to continue telling meaningful stories that matter.

​

My first civilian position was back in the Valley of the Sun in Phoenix, Arizona where I also attended high school and launched my military career. Landing at 12News (KPNX-TV) in Phoenix, I started as a show editor. I quickly advanced through a variety of roles including photojournalist which also gave me the opportunity to cover stories from high above in SKY12.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of dynamic environments—from the mountains of West Virginia to the shores of San Diego; from the snowy winters of Milwaukee to Cincinnati, where I anchored multiple evening newscasts at WCPO-TV.

Today, my career has come full circle as I return to Phoenix to anchor the 3 p.m., 4 p.m., and 9 p.m. newscasts at ABC15 Arizona (KNXV-TV). It’s a meaningful homecoming to the city where my civilian journalism career first began.

In addition to anchoring, I remain deeply committed to telling the stories of those who served our country. My veteran-focused storytelling continues to highlight the voices, challenges, and triumphs of the military community—work that remains especially meaningful to me as a veteran myself.

Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to interview a wide range of individuals—from Presidents and government leaders to local heroes and everyday people facing extraordinary challenges. My reporting has taken me across the country and around the world, from refugee camps to disaster zones, always focused on capturing the human side of every story.

Beyond the newsroom, I am passionate about community service. Through strategic partnerships with nonprofit organizations, I’ve helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to support their missions to provide critical support within the community.

There is nothing more fulfilling to me than using my platform to inform, inspire, and connect with audiences through authentic storytelling.
